it's an id-ten-t problem

for the longest time i'd refused to get 100% natural peanut butter; not because of the taste, but because it had other unappealing characteristics: i'm not a fan of refrigerated rock hard chunks of peanut butter that tear up my bread and mixing the peanut butter and oil is a bitch.

then one day someone introduced me to this piece of magic:

i've never been able to mix the stuff as easily and thoroughly before. that 1kg jar of peanut butter's been in my fridge for a month now. i'm nearing the bottom and surprisingly enough, the peanut butter's still as soft as the first day i had it and the oil hasn't separated out!

thanks to mr. witmer, mr. adam and i are friends once again.
